Honey Bee

When you get free paper, you fly with it!   Or should I say, in this case, you bee with it! That is what the Honey Bee Bundle is all about!  

The Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper is Free with a $50 Purchase during Stampin' Up!'s Sale-A-Bration Sale.
This paper has some beautiful foil accents on some of the designs, but I chose the simpler black and white designs of this paper for these cards.

  • Basic card base- So Saffron cardstock  - 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" 
  • Basic Black cardstock Mat - 4" X 5 1/4"
  • Black and White patterned DSP(from free Golden Hone DSP) - 3 3/4" X 5"
  • Basic Black cardstock Square - 3 1/2" X 3 1/2"
  • Gold patterned DSP (mine is from Birthday Bonanza DSP) Square - 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
  • Basic Black cardstock Scalloped Circle -from Layering Circles Framelits Dies
  • Whisper White cardstock circle -Stamped sentiment in Crushed Curry Ink
  • Hive - stamped on Stamparatus with Crushed Curry Ink - cut with Detailed Bee Dies
  • Bees - stamped with black Momento ink - cut with Detailed Bee Dies - stripes colored with Dark Daffodil Stampin Blend
  • Place Daffodil Delight 1/4" Ruched Ribbon across white and black pattern paper and adhere the ends to the back of the white and black pattern paper.  Tie a bow with another piece of the ribbon and attach with a glue dot.
  • I attached my hive and bees with dimensionals
  • The 4 black faceted gems I used on the corners are retired.

I Love Beeing with You

  • Basic card base  - Real Red cardstock - 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" 
  • Basic Black cardstock Mat - 4" X 5 1/4"
  • Black and white stripe DSP (From Free Golden Honey DSP) - 3 7/8" X 5 1/8"
  • Real Red cardstock Square - 3" X 3"
  • Black and White patterned DSP (From Free Golden Honey DSP) - 2 3/4" X 2 3/4" 
  • Real Red cardstock - Heart punched with Heart Punch from Heart Punch Pack
  • Bees - stamped with Momento ink and cut with Detailed Bee Dies
  • Sentiment -From Wiggle Worm Stamp set - stamped with black Momento ink and cut with Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies
  • Real Red Cardstock - heart cut with die from the Detailed Bee Dies-adhered to sentiment 
  • I attached my heart and bees with dimensionals

Sweet Friend
  • Basic card base  - Basic Black Cardstock -8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" 
  • Crushed Curry cardstock Mat - 4" X 5 1/4"
  • Black and white stripe DSP (From Free Golden Honey DSP) - 3 3/4" X 5"
  • Basic Black cardstock strip - 1 3/4" X 5"
  • Whisper White Cardstock strip - 1 1/2" X 5" - stamped several times with Crushed Curry Ink using the random dot stamp in the Delightful Day stamp set.
  • Hive - stamped on Stamparatus with Crushed Curry Ink - cut with Detailed Bee Dies
  • Bees - stamped with black Momento ink - cut with Detailed Bee Dies - stripes colored with Dark Daffodil Stampin Blend
  • Sentiment stamped on Whisper White cardstock with Sweet Friend from the Welcome Easter stamp set and punched out with the Classic Label punch.
  • I attached the hive and bees with dimensionals - and used liquid glue for the sentiment
  • I scattered several gold rhinestones - retired
