I am welcoming in fall today with the Season of Chic Bundle!

I am participating in the Stamping Inkspirations Blog hop where the theme this month is a technique theme and the topic is blending.

We have been challenged to use some sort of blending in our projects.  I am excited to see what everyone has done,  all of the links to the other creative card makers are at the end of this post.

Brewed for You - Just Blend It OSAT Blog Hop

By the title of this post you would think that we are going to learn how to make some craft beer today!  Well, we will not be making beer - but I will be using the new Brewed for You and my Blending Brushes to make some fun cards for you friends and family that enjoy a cold beer.

So these beers were finally crafted by using several different ink colors blended together to show you one of the many ways we can use blending as a technique -  which is what this month's One Stamp at a Time blog hop is all about.

We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, here to show you some great examples of how we have used blending to create some cards and 3D items.  The links to other talented demonstrator's creations will be at the end of my post.

I created two cards and a gift card holder using a new set that will be available on May 1st. with a beer theme.  I was excited about this set because all of the men in my family are really into craft beers.  Going to a local brewery and tasting a flight of crafted beers is a fun night out for all of us.

Color Challenge Using Decorative Masks for the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop

I am joining the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop today with a color challenge that I am really excited about!

It will be fun to see what everyone has created for this hop!

We are being challenged to make a card using three to five of the following colors:

Blushing Bride, Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, Bumblebee and Garden Green.

So I pulled out the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks, my Blending Brushes and my inks and started playing.  I enjoyed this process so much - I need to do this technique more often!
After creating my layered flowers, I just fussy cut them out with a pair of snips.  I popped my flowers up with Dimensionals on a piece of textured white that I ran through the Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder.  My Sentiment was cut with the Ornate Frame Dies, stamped with the Best Wishes from Artistically Inked stamp set.  The embellishments are the Loose Flower Flourishes and a tiny bit of Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon.

The inside of my card is stamped with a sentiment from Happiest of Birthdays stamp set.  I used the pink inks to create some more flowers with the masks in the corner and on my envelope flap.

I loved this so much - I went on to create a couple of wedding cards with these floral masks.

Now it is time to see what everyone else did with these colors.
If you are following along in order Annette is up next!

I  hope you enjoyed seeing all of these wonderful cards!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
