One Last Scare

I can tell it's almost time to put away Halloween, but not before one last scare!

You can see all the cob webs it is collecting. Honestly it's a bit embarrassing!

But I really wanted to do another Halloween table because I was the lucky winner at Home is Where the Boat Is.  Mary was doing a drawing for several Halloween items and I won these fabulous plates!
They go perfectly with all the apothecary jars I had made for my mantel in my last post.
Thanks to Mary, I was able to give my Halloween table a second look.
I love the graphics on these plates.
I added some caged animals just for fun.

Something tells me that those mice can get out of that cage!
Here's hoping your medicine cabinet looks a little more FDA approved than this one!

In the past few years my interests have grown from fabric to paper and now to dishes too! I just love prints, polkadots, plaids and paisleys- hence the blog name.

  1. Ann, Your Hallow Apothecary plates are spooktacular paired with your potion jars at your table! I always look forward to a little spooky fun at the table this time of year and I'm not quite ready to pack up my cauldron and remove cobwebs just yet. :) Thanks for the shout out and Happy Haunting!

  2. Love your table Ann. Congrats on winning the plates from Mary. They look perfect on your black plates and white chargers. Great cages for those critters. The green napkins were a great choice of color for the scary table. You hit this one on the head!!

  4. Taking one last swing at Halloween proves to be a homerun!!!!!!!! (Can you tell I'm watching the World Series these days?) Congratulations on your big win! Those plates will be a fun addition to your stash for fun Halloween tablescapes for years to come. The green added to the tablescape via the napkins brings acid to mind. Cool!!! Hey...I subscribed to your blog years ago, but suddenly I'm unable to receive any posts and there's no button present to resubscribe. I'm not receiving your posts at all!!! :-( I'll keep trying. Meanwhile, have a warm and safe Halloween!!!

    1. Hi Alycia,
I'm not quite sure what happened with my Followers section - it seems I have lost them all.
I have either offended everyone in blogland or its a bad Halloween prank. Either way I think I am going to have to seek professional help!!!
