Pansy Petals with New In Colors

I am showing some of the new products and colors that will be available from the new Stampin' Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog starting on May 4th.

It is always fun and exciting to see the new offerings each year!  This catalog did not let me down!! It is filled with gorgeous colors, images and new exciting products!

Each year Stampin' Up! Introduces 5 new In Colors and retires 5 of the In Colors that were introduced as in colors 2 years ago.  Here are the In Colors for 2021-2023:

Stampin' Up! will keep these 5 colors for 2 years and introduce new designer series papers, trims and embellishments around these colors.  The staple colors stay for much longer so it is always easy to coordinate your colors for your projects.  This makes card making easy - no searching for the right color!

You can see all the new colors at work here in this gorgeous Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper.
The whole Pansy Petals Suite coordinates beautifully together with the dies cutting the pansies out from the DSP.  I chose to cut my leaves out of Evening Evergreen cardstock- I like the embossed detail you get when using the die - however there is a whole page of DSP leaves that could be die cut as well.  The gingham check on the reverse side of three of these pages are my favorite.  I used the new Scalloped Contours dies for the scalloped and stitched rectangle and the scalloped edge.  The Sentiment is from the new Inspired Thoughts stamp set and cut with a die from the Pierced Blooms die set.
With this card I combined the Pale Papaya gingham checks with the same pansy DSP, however I cut my own pansy with the dies and cardstock this time instead of relying on the DSP.  I gave a little shading to my petals with a sponge dauber and some ink.  But you can see how all of the colors mix and match - so the possibilities are endless as to what you can create.
By changing up the background DSP and using the new Fresh Freesia color gives us another combination of these papers and colors.  This time I ran the Fresh Freesia Cardstock through the Tasteful Textile 3d embossing folder to give it that beautiful texture.  The sentiment is from the Very Versailles stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek at just a few of the new products being offered in this year's Annual Catalog!!  If you don't have a demonstrator yet and need a catalog - just let me know, I would be happy to hep you out!  The first day to order out of the new catalog will be May 4th.

In the meantime - my store is open 24/7 for  Last Chance Sale  before many items retire and be sure to check out the  Clearance Rack  for more great deals!!

If you spend anywhere from $35 to $149 - be sure to use my hostess code found at the top right hand column - then I can send you a pack of gems.  Once you spend $150 you get to pick out your own Stampin' Rewards right on your order!!

In the past few years my interests have grown from fabric to paper and now to dishes too! I just love prints, polkadots, plaids and paisleys- hence the blog name.
