Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop- Movies & TV - Project Runway

Welcome to Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop -My name is Ann Krucek, from Malvern, Ohio, USA.   I have to say this is the most fun blog hop theme I have done for a card yet!!! I took those dress forms from the Handmade for You stamp set and ran with it!!

The theme of this month's hop is Movies & TV!!
We have all created a card depicting a favorite movies or TV show.  I chose one of my favorite TV series, Project Runway!! The links to the all of the other stamping enthusiasts will be at the bottom of my post - this one should be very entertaining!!  I can't wait to see what everyone has come up with!

For years the different designers on Project Runway have dazzled us with their talents.  We especially have enjoyed Tim Gund and his "Make It Work" comments, so I had to include that!

I used the Dress forms from Handmade for You stamp set and one of the girls from the Hey Girlfriend Stamp set.  I used the masking method to get my girl image behind the dress form.  By fussy cutting some stamped skirts, I was able to put something on her dress forms.   The Make it Work sentiment was stamped out using the Make a Difference alphabet and punched out with the Classic Label punch.

To make the black and white tabs down the side, I used the suspender clip from the Suite & Tie Die Set.  The black and white paper is the very versatile True Love Designer Series Paper.  The stitched paper in the back ground is from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, then I cut the little buttons from the Suit & Tie Dies out of Bermuda Bay Cardstock to match the stitched paper. To finish it off I added a few rhinestones.

By mixing and matching any number of stamps and papers - I bet we could come up with a card for your favorite TV show or movie too!!

Please let me know if you have any questions!  As always my shop is open 24/7 by clicking on the store front in the right hand column.  I would be happy to help you with any of your stamping needs.

Now let's see what the other bloggers have created to depict their favorite show or movie!
Here is the list of all the participating blogs:

In the past few years my interests have grown from fabric to paper and now to dishes too! I just love prints, polkadots, plaids and paisleys- hence the blog name.
