Kre8tors Blog Hop - May Floral Theme

Hello, and welcome to another Kre8tors Blog Hop!

This month our theme is Floral!
I chose to do a card with some very small flowers from the Special Day Dies ( it coordinates with the Special Someone stamp set - with the little raccoon) This will be carried over for the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.

I used the Very Versailles vine stamp and fussy cut the vine out.  That was a bit tedious but I really don't mind fussy cutting if I am only going to make a couple of these cards. I wanted to give the effect of a trailing vine of flowers.
I used my sponge brayer and inked up some Whisper White Card stock in both shades of purples for the flowers and another piece with Pear Pizazz for the sentiment.

The Sending Hugs sentiment is from the Perfectly Framed stamp set which coordinates with the Ornate Frame Dies I used for the sentiment layers.
The Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder gives the background some wonderful texture and I highlighted it just a bit by dabbing on some Gray Granite ink.

Some Metallic Pearls and White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon add those extra touches.
I hope you enjoyed my Floral Card as much as I enjoyed making it!!
If you have any questions about Stampin' Up! or how I made this card, please let me know - I would be happy to help you.

In the past few years my interests have grown from fabric to paper and now to dishes too! I just love prints, polkadots, plaids and paisleys- hence the blog name.
